Aquilar Strategic Services was incorporated in 2017 with the sole intention of enabling productive enhancements to businesses by addressing the mindsets of it’s people. Having researched in organizational psychology and culture, the rationale behind all services that we offer is that happy people make great companies. However, this happiness is driven by so many different factors: professional success, sound work relationships as well as sound systems that deal with the human resources function. Addressing these requirements for our clients, both big and small, is what drives the passion of each and every one of us at Aquilar.
With a collective industry experience of over 50 years, our team works not only in the core HR function, but in operational alignment, employee welfare, sales productivity, as well as the creation of HR systems that drive passion at work, and create constructive and productive workforces. We have talent encompassing of not only HR consultants and content creators, but also have team members specialized in finance, brand building, sales and operations.
