Using cutting edge creativity, our content team at Aquilar brought to life business processes and ensured that the process was once and for all internalized across all frontline staff.

We achieved the same, by making the content largely visual and engaging using comics, storytelling, videos etc., thereby, ensuring that product and process related knowledge is internalized and applied effectively and efficiently.

  1. The thought process of the top management needed to be transferred to the frontline staff such that they understood and applied the same.

  2. Every process was complex, and had multiple steps and stages. There was a need to educate and align everyone to ensure uniform implementing the same on a pan India basis.

  3. The content created needed to be easy to absorb, fun to learn, with a combination of trainer led sessions, self-learning modules and experiential assignments.
  1. We diagnosed the best possible methodologies to develop content for the target audience and this led us to a very creative space of gamification, 3D animation, content related comic storylines as well as detailed post assessments (both quizzes and application-oriented projects).

  2. We applied cognitive psychology into our designs to help every participant understand and internalize the value of applying these processes.

Our curriculum is a combination of various learning streams, spread out across face-face, virtual, and self-learning platforms. The inclusion of “fun” in the form of  cartooning and 3D animations, transformed a multi-layer flowchart into beautiful scenarios, that were easy to understand and apply.

  1. For the first time, ALL processes were understood and applied by the client’s frontline team. This created an upswing in internal process audit scores by over 40%.

  2. The need for repeated reinforcements reduced, as the content was well internalized by all the participants and this resulted of an appx. 30% reduction of training costs.

  3. Our content engaged staff across all types of backgrounds and across all parts of India. This led to process standardisation across India, thereby ensuring better implementation, quality control and overall savings across all boutiques across the country.

  4. Our program also boosted morale, impacted retention and increased the loyalty of the frontline staff towards the company.

  5. On application of our proprietary content, key operational metrics such as bill value, customer satisfaction scores, conversion rates, internal process audit scores etc, saw a dramatic improvement.
